The Figure painting competition is a competition about the best painted figure.
There will be 3 categories.
Single miniature: As the name implies it is a single figure ranging from a buste, a giant or a tiny goblin.
Unit: This will be an entire unit of figures from 5 to 20.
Vehicle: This will be anything from a tank to a giant robot.
The competition is divided into two age groups, 15-25 and 25+ and will have the same categories and rules.
It is only allowed to have one figure in each category.
If you have two one will either be disqualified or moved to another category.
It is only allowed to work on the figure at Fastaval from start to finish.
However, you are allowed to have assembled and primed your figure beforehand.
Each category will have a first, second and third place.
Time:
Wednesday at 18:30: short intro and meet & greet between participants and judges.
The competition ends Saturday at 15-18
Location: Painting booth is in the shop "Bunkern"
Participants: No min/max (registration required)
Language: Danish and English
Price: Free (you pay for painting equipment and figures yourself)
Requirements:
You must bring your own figures and painting equipment. It will be possible to supplement in the shop "Bunkern" at Fastaval, but if you want any special equipment, you must bring your own.
We only provide water, mugs to clean brushes, power and a cover.
To participate in the general competition, you must be over 25 years old.
To participate in the "young" competition, you must be between 15-25 years old.
You will also be responsible for your figure until the end of the competition.
