Course of the Event
On Wednesday, there will be an introduction 18.30-19, review of rules and meet & greet between participants and judges. It will also be checked that the chosen figure is not already painted. However, this may be primed. Then it's “free play” to paint on your figure.

Thursday Free play. Here you choose how much time you want to spend painting and how much time you spend on other Fastaval activities.

On Friday, you can paint until 6 pm, after which the figures must be handed in.
At 18:00 - 19:00 each participant will have the opportunity to present their figure to the judges, showing techniques and choices made along the way.

Description
The competition is about painting the most beautiful figure. This includes both aesthetic choices such as the composition of colors, but also the techniques used to paint the figure. Participants will be divided into 2 categories for the competition, based on their previous experience in painting figures. The groups will be assigned after the participants have signed up. Other than this, there is no category for the competition and you therefore choose what type and size of figure you bring. However figures made for 25mm or 32mm bases are recommended. During the competition, the judges will come by and answer questions etc. But generally they are not present for the entire duration of the competition. At the end of the competition, there will be an awards ceremony where First, Second and Third place will be awarded for each category.

Rules
Attendance at the competition introduction is mandatory.
The competition categories will be divided according to experience. This is done based on pictures of previously painted figures that are sent to the judges upon registration.
A maximum of 1 figure may be submitted for judging. It is allowed to have several figures checked at the introduction to the competition, so you can switch during the competition. As long as only one is submitted at the end.

Figures may be assembled and primed from home, but this is not a requirement. However, there must be no other paint on the figure.
The competition is about painting techniques, and extra fluff for bases that are not paint will therefore weigh little in the judging.
Before final judging, there will be an opportunity to present your figure to the judges, where you can show the techniques you have used and other relevant details.

Pictures of previous painted figures are to be sent to Pico at the following email Pico1809@gmail.com
